The new Océ CS4100 wide format scanners offer high speed and high resolution. It takes approximately 3 seconds to scan a monochrome A1 or D- size original, and between 8 and 40 seconds in full 48-bit colour depending on the configuration. Scan resolutions of up to 9600 dpi are possible.

It combines maximum control of the scanning and copying process with productive, flexible scan-to-file operation. As well as basic copying functions such a setting the number of copies and scaling, the Océ Colour Copy software also includes more advanced functions such as nesting, tiling and set copying. Scan-to-file functions include flexible cleaning, editing, renaming and storage. A wide range of file formats are supported, with the ability to convert the formats of already scanned documents for standardised archiving. The flexible copy-to-many concept of Océ Colour Copy allows a productive copy solution to be set up with one Océ CS4100 scanner driving multiple printers. The closed-loop calibration with each individual printer ensures consistently high copy quality.
