Océ to nominate Dietmar Wendt to Supervisory Board

Venlo, The Netherlands, 26 March 2008 — Océ, an international leader in document management, today announced its intention to appoint Dietmar Wendt to its Supervisory Board. A proposal to this effect will be put to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Océ N.V. (the “AGM”), to be held in Venlo on 23 April 2008.

A German national born in 1959, Wendt is currently President of the Global Services division of Nortel Networks, Inc. Nortel is headquartered in the Canadian city of Toronto. With IBM for 25 years, Wendt held various management positions between 1981 and 2006 in Germany, France, the US, Japan and China, amongst others.
Océ also announced its intention to propose to the AGM the reappointment of Rinus Arentsen to its Supervisory Board. Arentsen, a Dutch national born in 1939, has been a member of the Océ Supervisory Board since 2004, and is currently Chairman of the Audit Committee.
