Assessment: identify needs, define TCO scenarios and roadmap together with the customer

The Océ Assessment phase starts by identifying and analyzing the current situation in both qualitative and quantitative terms. The current print infrastructure is documented, including the ways in which devices are used, their workloads and the current management processes. The corporate print strategy, TCO scenarios and roadmap are then defined together with the customer, and presented in a detailed report clearly showing the identified cost saving and quality improvement opportunities. The Assessment phase is based on the standard Océ Performance Program methodology.
